How do I login for the first time?
Enter your email address at the top right-hand corner of the website.
Use the address that you used to Join and at which you receive email from the Chapter.
Then select the ‘forgot password’ link.
This will email you a new password.
Then login and reset your password.
Once you have logged in please review and update your profile.
My name is not in the Membership Directory?
Login and select ‘View Profile.’
On the ‘My Profile’ page select ‘Edit Profile’.
Then on the ‘Privacy’ settings page you may select ‘Allow to Show Profile’
Then select which details you would like published.
Will I get spam if I allow contacts via the Membership Directory?
Your email address is not revealed on the website. Emails sent to you via the directory are sent through a separate service.
How do I renew my membership?
Login to your account.
Select ‘View Profile.’
On the My Profile page you will be able to the ‘Renew’ button to renew your membership.
What is the difference in a National USGBC membership and a Chapter membership?
Companies and organizations can become members of the national USGBC. Individuals are members of a Chapter.
Do I need to be an employee of a National USGBC member company to be a Chapter member?
No. Chapter membership is open to all individuals, however national USGBC member employees receive a discount.
How much does membership cost?
Chapter Individual Member: $65.00
National USGBC Member Employee: $45.50
Student Membership: $25.00

How do I find out my membership status?
Your membership status is listed in your member profile. Login to your account to review your profile.

Visit the Home Page and click on the "Subscribe to News & Events" link.
How do I remove my name from the mailing list?
Select ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any of our email blasts.
EVENTS AND EVENT REGISTRATION
The event registration page does not recognize me as a Chapter member.
Be sure you are using the correct email address to register. Also login and check your member profile to be sure your membership is up-to-date. If this does not resolve the issue please send us an email via ‘contact us’ and we will resolve the issue.
I want to pay for the event with a credit card and not via PayPal directly.
We have noticed that the PayPal system we are using will automatically send you to PayPal if you are using the same email address. Select ‘Pay by another method’
Are there GBCI CMP units available through the Chapter?
The Branches have hosted webinars available. Please check the Calendar.
Can I watch the Webinar remotely?
No. We are required to host the webinar and take attendance in order to issue the Continuing Education Credits.
