Purpose:
The Finance committee assists in the control and supervision of the Chapter finances.  Volunteers oversee the prudent use of allocated funds, develop annual budgets and monitor Branch expenditures and reports to the Governing Council on a regular basis.  The committee is comprised of Branch Treasurers and committee liaisons.

Governance

Purpose:
Governance committee members interpret and enforce the Chapter Charter, By-Laws, Operating Guidelines, etc. within the Branch such as ensuring the required filings are done in a timely manner, monitor proper usage of logos and intellectual property as well as dealing with conflicts of interest. The committee is comprised of Branch Secretaries and committee liaisons.
