Advocacy

Purpose:
The Advocacy Committee educates broadly and advocates narrowly to policy makers in our regional government, including elected and appointed officials at the federal, state, county and municipal levels.  The Advocacy Committee does this in an effort to influence public policy maker’s perception about a sustainable built environment and how principles of green building contribute to the “triple bottom line.”
