I suggest a landscaping package that produces food, smells good, and attracts hummingbirds. It should not use a lot of water and have seating incorporated.

The site should be incorporated into the architectural design of the home. Landscaping walls, benches, and paths should compliment or contrast the home. The entire property is one design challenge that should be treated holistically.

I would like see if home builder can reep the beneifts from habitat for humanity experince by adopting the LEED, and Zero Energy homes, and build home that score beyond ENERGY STAR qualified home.

I am there maybe a way to communicate/Educate home builder about (leson learned) specialy about home like the one build during Greend Built interenational in 2009
