Partnership Agreement Terms

1. Partnership benefits will take effect after full payment of the pledge and the agreement to Partnership Agreement Terms has been received by USGBC Arizona Chapter.
2. The Partnership term is limited to one year.
3. Cancellations must be in writing and received within two weeks of completed agreement’s receipt for a refund in full.  Cancellations received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
4. USGBC-AZ reserves the final right of approval for all partners, all partnership material and use of USGBC-AZ logo.
5. Partner hereby indemnifies, defends and holds the USGBC Arizona Chapter harmless from any claim for personal injury or for property damage or for loss of use of property arising out of or in connection with Partner’s activities at Partner participation in USGBC Arizona Chapter Events.
